Jennifer is motivated by helping clients slow down and reconnect with themselves during periods of transition, uncertainty, or internal conflict. Her clinical style is is warm, relational, deeply attuned, with a strong emphasis on emotional safety, curiosity, and meaning making. She enjoys helping clients explore identity, life transitions, and the parts of themselves that feel overlooked or overwhelmed. Jennifer works collaboratively, honoring each client's pace, while supporting insight, self- compassion, and movement toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and aligned with who they are becoming.

In her free time, Jennifer enjoys baking, tending to her herbal garden, and spending time outdoors, especially going for walks and connecting with nature. She loves listening to music and audiobooks, crocheting to unwind and spending time with her fur babies. She values rest, reflection, creativity, and meaningful connection and in intentional about building a life that includes both nourishment and joy.

  • Experience providing therapy to adults navigating anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and life transitions.
  • Experience conducting psychosocial and biopsychosocial assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
  • Experience providing group and individual therapy across outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization, residential, and detox level of care
  • Experience working with pregnant and postpartum women with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health concerns.
  • Master of Science in Counseling, Marriage, Family, and Child Therapy, from University of Phoenix
  • Bachelors of Arts and Science in Criminal Justice from Clayton State University
