He/Him
James
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Jimmy is deeply committed to helping clients make sense of their inner world and move forward with greater clarity, self-trust, and intention. His clinical style is collaborative, grounded, and practical, with a strong emphasis on building a genuine therapeutic relationship where clients feel seen, respected, and understood. He supports clients in examining patterns that may no longer serve them, developing healthier ways of responding to stress and emotion, and reconnecting with values that bring meaning and direction to their lives. Jimmy approaches therapy with curiosity, compassion, and a belief in each person’s capacity for growth, change, and self-acceptance.

Outside of clinical work, Jimmy values connection, reflection, and balance. He enjoys staying active, spending time with family, and engaging in activities that support both physical and emotional well-being. He appreciates moments of quiet, meaningful conversation, and practices that encourage presence and grounding. Jimmy believes that a well-lived life includes curiosity, humor, and ongoing self-growth—values that naturally inform the way he shows up for his clients.
