Her approach to our therapeutic relationship is to understand that every client is the expert to their own lives and she is just a tool to help navigate any areas of concern. She approaches therapy with warmth, care, compassion, and non-judgment approach, adapting to the unique needs of each individual client.
In her spare time, Cynthia enjoys hiking and any form of physical activity that attributes to her wellness. She also likes to listen to music, dance try new foods. As well as enjoying her solitude and spending time with friends and family alike.
