Heidi enjoys working with clients to help them learn to handle challenges, heal from trauma, and be empowered to trust themselves. She takes a conversational approach to therapy to address all areas of her clients lives to improve their overall well-being.
When she is not working Heidi enjoys gardening, reading, going to the beach, and spending time with her friends and family. Heidi can be found
