Hannah
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Hannah enjoys working collaboratively with people to use their learning style, strengths and values to help them regain a sense of mastery, meaning and connection in their lives. Her approach is guided by the perspective that people are built to survive and often develop ways of relating that may have helped them before but might no longer be beneficial. She utilizes postmodern and relational styles paired with evidence-based tools to build a safe connection in which to reprocess experiences and empower proactive healing.
In her spare time, Hannah enjoys playing with her dog, Huey, being in nature, doing DIY projects or having fun with games, puzzles, reading and film. She is most at peace when tending her garden, moving to music, and laughing.
