Evelyn Ro

she/her
Evelyn
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Evelyn’s aim is to be a guide on the side (not a sage on the stage) to help clients understand, integrate and accept all aspects of themselves. She seeks to understand the pain points that bring clients into therapy—not just as a fragment of their circumstances, but in the greater context of who they are as a person. Evelyn seeks to help clients explore, examine and practice how they can draw from their own strengths and resilience so that their behavioral tendencies, thought patterns, communication styles and ways of resolving conflict can be more helpful to them in their everyday lives.

In her spare time, Evelyn enjoys seeking out experiences that emotionally move her, such as reading a good book, getting immersed in an intense movie, engaging in a deep conversation, listening to a thought-provoking podcast, or seeking out moments of connection with those in her community. Evelyn also enjoys being alone while amongst others—whether people-watching in a crowded city center, enjoying a warm coffee alone in a bustling coffee shop, or going on a walk or jog or run in a park full of families out enjoying their weekend.
