Erin
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Erin’s intention is to hold space for you to think through, process and make meaning out of your life, without judgment. Erin’s psychodynamic approach safely encourages you to focus on ineffective behaviors, difficult emotions and exploring unprocessed experiences with self-compassion. Erin believes in taking a collaborative and culturally informed approach to support clients in reaching their goals and gathering meaning from their experiences.
In her spare time, Erin enjoys hiking with her spouse, friends, and her coltriever, Bromley. She tries to soak up the warm summer months by traveling and camping. Erin enjoys all things art and cultural, whether that means live music, dancing, painting, taking a new art class, or exploring nostalgic record albums. In the winter months, Erin can be found indoors doing anything that is considered cozy.
