Erika Frandrup
She/Her
Erika
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Erika is motivated and driven to work with clients in their unique journey. She understands in the therapeutic approach that, ultimately, clients are the experts in their own lives and she is there to help guide them through new obstacles using their already existing strengths while learning new ones together. She approaches clinical work as a team, collaborating each step with changes and flexibility based on the weekly progress of each individual person as change is not linear, but an ever growing learning process.
In her spare time, Erika goes paddle boarding with her dog, plays board games or trivia with friends, hikes or goes to the ocean, or enjoys reading and art.
