Emily employs a client-centered approach, asking clients to challenge both themselves and her throughout the therapeutic process. She engages clients, seeks to evoke change and works to help clients achieve realistic goals.
In her free time, Emily enjoys being outside as much as possible, traveling, and eating new foods and comfort foods. She loves to connect with friends and family, read mysteries, and watch television or go to the movies! She also finds herself cuddling with her adorable cat.
