Dr. Roberts believes her clients are the experts on their own lives. With this understanding, her purpose is to provide support, encouragement and an environment where clients feel safe. She aims to work collaboratively with her clients to achieve their goals. Dr. Roberts does this by assisting clients in discovering their own interpersonal strengths. She values her therapeutic relationship with her clients and strives to provide an environment of healing and peace.

In her free time, Dr. Roberts enjoys watching a good show or movie and spending quality time with her family and friends at the beach. She finds joy in sharing delicious Mexican pastries, such as gansitos, conchas, or cochinitos, with her loved ones.
