is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Deborah-pronounced Dayborah has a warm therapeutic approach that is collaborative, and culturally responsive. She is grounded in evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), while thoughtfully creating space for clients who wish to integrate spirituality into their therapeutic journey. Her goal is to provide a safe, affirming environment where you feel seen, valued and empowered.
In her spare time, Deborah pronounced Dayborah enjoys spending quality time with her rescue dog Mr. Parker Lion, attending church and bible study, going to the gym, listening to music, singing, doing mindful exercises like yoga and meditation or just watching a good old movie.
