Danielle
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Danielle is the spouse of a disabled veteran. Danielle uses a holistic, strength-based approach to therapy and incorporates aspects of CBT, trauma-informed care, mindfulness and solution-focused therapies. She is also experienced in treating individuals with suicidal ideations, grief and loss, gender-identity concerns, chronic medical conditions, substance use or abuse, depression and anxiety. Helping individuals and families improve their quality of life is important to her, and that is why she utilizes every tool at her disposal to find unique approaches to improve outcomes. “Our lives are our stories, and they are unique to us. We are the authors—the writers and narrators of our own stories. What’s been written can’t change, but what we envision for our present and future can. Engaging in the process of therapy can help you design your journey.”
As a hobby and in her spare time, Danielle enjoys writing books and is a published author of children’s books.
