is a therapist at Two Chairs.
I became a therapist because I believe healing happens in a relationship where you feel genuinely seen and supported. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based care. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and I work closely with each client to build insight, develop practical tools, and create meaningful, sustainable change and enjoy a few laughs. I aim to offer a space where you can explore openly, reconnect with your values, and move toward a life that feels aligned with who you are.
Outside of my efforts to support others, I recharge by spending time outdoors, gardening, theatre, movies, working out and spending time with friends. These simple moments help me stay grounded and bring a balanced, steady presence to life. I love coffee, ice cream and performance arts.
