Cosette
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Cosette believes in each client’s innate power to make the changes they need and want in order to advance toward the truest, healthiest and most authentic version of themselves. She uses a client-centered approach, empowering her clients while she challenges them to look inward for their strengths, to recognize their resiliency and uniqueness, and to apply the changes they wish to have in their lives. Cosette encourages client insight and taking a closer look at the belief system that supports their unhealthy behavior, mindset, or emotional responses, and then works together with them toward change. She encourages healthy boundaries and assertiveness and often uses psychoeducation as a way to empower self-growth. Cosette is a clinical counselor, an art therapist and an EMDR therapist, and she uses these skills to help her clients move through the seasons of life.

When not working, Cosette enjoys spending time with her dog and cats, getting together with family and friends, and working on her DIY projects while listening to audiobooks and music. She enjoys the outdoors, music and dancing.
