Brittany Charles

she/her
Brittany
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Brittany believes it is important to both break generational trauma and learn healthy coping skills in order to manage personal and familial conflict. She has experience working with adolescents, teens and adults, utilizing interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy and mindfulness practices. She believes that therapy does not work with a “cookie cutter” approach and that all clients deserve individualized services that provide opportunities for reflection and growth.

Outside of work, Brittany absolutely loves singing off key in the car and reading books in her spare time.
