Ashley Coyle

She/Her
Ashley
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Ashley enjoys working collaboratively with her clients to build a strong, trusting therapeutic relationship where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. She believes seeking support is a courageous step and strives to create a warm, authentic, and safe space where healing does not have to happen alone. Her approach is strengths-based and relational, helping clients explore past experiences and current systems that may be impacting growth while also identifying inner resilience, personal strengths, and available resources.

In her spare time, Ashley values progress over perfection and believes deeply in the power of compassion, humor, and hope to bring light to even the most difficult moments. She enjoys staying active through fitness, unwinding with a good anime series, and reading. Ashley also finds joy in baking, using creativity and care as a way to relax, recharge, and connect with others.
