Ariana
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
My motivation as a clinician is rooted in helping individuals feel seen, safe, and empowered to step into the next chapter of their lives with clarity and confidence. My clinical style is integrative, relational, and trauma-informed, blending narrative work, attachment theory, and somatic awareness to support clients in understanding their patterns and reconnecting with their inner resilience. I hold a warm but direct therapeutic presence—nurturing, reflective, and grounded—while also offering practical tools that promote emotional balance, insight, and sustainable change. My goal is always to create a space where clients can explore honestly, heal deeply, and grow into the most aligned version of themselves.
In my free time, I gravitate toward anything that feeds my creativity and sense of connection. I love exploring museums, discovering new art, and getting lost in a good book. Traveling is a big part of my life I enjoy experiencing new cultures, beautiful spaces, and moments that inspire me. I also love shopping, finding pieces that feel expressive and intentional. Most of all, I value spending quality time with my friends and family; connecting with the people I love is what grounds me the most.
