Anokina Mirzapour

She/Her
Anokina
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Kina is motivated by helping clients feel empowered, supported, and understood wherever they are in their journey. Her clinical style is collaborative and strength-based, with an emphasis on meeting clients where they are and building on the skills and resilience they already possess. She integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) techniques alongside practical, technology-based resources to provide ongoing support beyond sessions. By creating a safe, affirming space, she works with clients to increase insight, develop effective coping strategies, and make meaningful, sustainable changes in their lives.

In her free time, she enjoys staying active and connected. She can often be found playing pickleball, attending hot mat Pilates classes, or joining a game of beach volleyball. She values quality time with her friends and husband and loves exploring cute coffee shops. She also prioritizes activities that support both physical and mental well-being, including going on mental health walks and soaking up the sun by the pool.
