She/Her
Angela
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Angela offers a safe and supportive space for LGBTQIA+ individuals, women, veterans, couples, groups, and anyone seeking to better navigate life’s complexities. Her areas of focus include life transitions, stress, anxiety, grief, trauma, relationship issues, depression, postpartum depression, substance use concerns, and eating disorders.
Her therapeutic style blends holistic, solution-focused methods with both action- and process-oriented strategies, helping clients develop tools to respond to challenges rather than react to them—transforming obstacles into opportunities for growth.
With over twenty-eight years of experience as a licensed clinical social worker, qualified supervisor, certified yoga instructor, and equine-assisted psychotherapist, Angela is dedicated to helping individuals reconnect with their inner wisdom and tap into healing energy to live more authentically.
She believes that everyone has the right to reach their full potential and strives to create a warm, collaborative environment where healing and transformation are not only possible—they are achievable. Angela welcomes the opportunity to walk alongside clients on their journey of healing.
Angela is a certified yoga instructor and equine facilitator. She enjoys both practicing and teaching yoga, often by the beach, and spends much of her free time at the barn connecting with horses.
