Andrena
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Andrena is a psychiatric nurse practitioner with two decades of experience in mental health care. They are guided by a collaborative, person-centered approach, integrating evidenced-based practices with deep compassion for others lived experiences to support clients in reaching their goals. Andrena approaches care holistically, as they believe that all aspects of our lives contribute to sound mental health.
Outside of professional life, Andrena enjoys painting as a creative outlet, tending to their collection of plants, and deep diving into the expansive world available to us through television and film. They find joy in gathering with family and friends, whether exploring nature or simply sharing meaningful moments together.
