Amanda (Lauren)
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Amanda loves working with adults of all ages and backgrounds who are going through all sorts of things - including depression, anxiety, impacts of trauma or difficult losses and life transitions. She approaches sessions with a warm, nonjudgmental manner and draws from training in cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence based treatments, while remaining flexible to help clients with the goals that matter most to them.
When she's not working, Amanda likes to hike, read, cook, travel and spend time with friends, family and pets.
