Alice Silvestre, LMFT

She/Her

"I truly believe that I became a therapist due to a subconscious force within me, to guide me in healing from my own adversity throughout the years, but also to be able to create a deeper sense of empathy for my clients and build meaningful connections to assist client's healing processes. I've found a community here at Two Chairs — where I feel understood, listened to, supported and uplifted, which allows me to do more positive work with my clients."

Alice is a Therapist at Two Chairs in Los Angeles.

Her motivation to work in mental health stems from her own adversity and life challenges, which has provided her with experiences that better help her empathize and understand the needs of her clients and their feelings. She is deeply empathic and attuned to her clients’ needs.

In her spare time, Alice loves traveling to new places, eating italian food, trying out new creameries out there, hiking, and camping in the forest.
