She/Her/Hers
Adriana
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
She is deeply motivated by a commitment to helping individuals and families feel seen, understood, and empowered during some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Her passion for clinical work is rooted in a belief that healing happens through authentic connection, compassionate understanding, and collaboration. She is especially driven to support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and systemic stressors, and she values creating a therapeutic space where clients feel safe to explore both their struggles and strengths. Her clinical style is trauma-informed, client-centered, and collaborative. She integrates evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and a family-systems perspective, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s unique needs, cultural background, and personal goals. She emphasizes emotional safety, practical coping skills, and insight-oriented work while honoring the client as the expert of their own lived experience. She is known for her warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental approach, balancing empathy with gentle accountability. Her work focuses on fostering resilience, increasing self-awareness, strengthening emotional regulation, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change. Above all, she strives to empower clients to reconnect with their values, build healthier relationships with themselves and others, and move forward with confidence and clarity.

Outside of her clinical work, she enjoys spending quality time with family and values meaningful connection with loved ones. She has a strong appreciation for travel and enjoys exploring new places, cultures, and experiences whenever possible. Music plays an important role in her life, serving as both a source of relaxation and inspiration. She is also a devoted dog lover and finds joy in spending time with dogs, appreciating the comfort, companionship, and grounding presence they bring.
