The right caseload for you

A key component of fulfilling part-time mental health therapist jobs is a balanced clinical caseload. At Two Chairs, we use a unique system to match clients with their ideal therapist, analyzing the client’s needs, goals, symptoms, and preferences to identify a therapist with the right background.

The result is therapists working day to day with a balanced caseload and daily opportunities to do the work they love, grow their skill sets, and have a positive impact on clients. At Two Chairs, 98% of clients are matched with the right therapist for them on the first try, and 90% are retained through at least the fourth session, leading to less turnover, stronger alliances, and better outcomes.

Compensation that reflects your value

At Two Chairs, we believe that high-quality care starts with taking care of our therapists. Many mental health therapist jobs out there are contractor roles. But at Two Chairs, our therapists are W-2 employees who receive competitive compensation and access to a 401k savings program.

Our hourly rates empower you to control your earnings based on the number of clients you choose to serve, with the potential for yearly merit increases based on performance. As a W-2 employee, you'll enjoy simplified taxes, paid sick leave, and employer-sponsored retirement benefits. Additionally, you have the ability to work with other mental health companies or maintain your private practice while still being part of our supportive team.

Inclusion you can feel

Our mission at Two Chairs is to make exceptional mental health care available to everyone. We know that many communities suffer from poor mental health outcomes due to lack of access, stigma, and a shortage of culturally responsive mental health therapists.

At Two Chairs, we’re building a diverse and inclusive clinical community not only to provide better care to historically underserved clients but also to create an inclusive workplace for therapists. Among our mental health therapists, 46% identify as BIPOC and 24% identify as LGBTQIA+. Collectively they cover 90+ areas of expertise, 20+ clinical styles, and speak 15+ languages. You’ll feel welcome, included, and fulfilled in your work as a part-time mental health therapist at Two Chairs.
