Vianna
Vianna enjoys working with clients to empower them to become the main characters of their lives. She devlops a strong therapeutic alliance with clients, which allows her to support clients in identifying obstacles and their personal strengths through reflection and exploration. She approaches therapy from the belief that allowing ourselves to become vulnerable on the path of self-exploration leads to self-improvement and discovery.
In her free time, Vianna enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, hiking in and traveling to new places, writing, and watching a good movie. Vianna finds joy in creating and expression, through art and movement.
