Lydia has experience helping others cope with the stress of managing change and/or uncertainty (e.g., career change, chronic pain). Her approach incorporates mindfulness, acceptance and commitment therapy, and other evidence-based practices.

In her spare time, Lydia enjoys indoor and outdoor gardening, participating in habitat-restoration projects, and tending to her cat, fish and vermicompost worms.
