About
Liz
Liz enjoys working collaboratively alongside clients to assist their awareness of factors that impact their emotional well-being. Her professional background is in integrated somatic, mindfulness, sports psychology, cognitive-behavioral, Pain Mgmt, and strengths-based modalities. These strategies support building a trusting therapeutic relationship with each client to feel empowered to take healthy steps that suit each person's individual needs. She enjoys being a witness to client awareness, insight, and growth.

In her spare time, Liz enjoys spending time with friends and her rescue dog, continuing her mindfulness meditation practice and spending time at the ocean. She finds joy in laughter, watching sitcoms, being a part of social communities and growing personally and professionally.
