Jonathan approaches therapy from the perspective that client feedback and needs are important in determining a good treatment plan and building the therapeutic relationship. He is a firm believer that while no one is guaranteed a life free from distress, effectively tailored therapy can offer personal insight, growth and resilience to address client concerns and future challenges. He encourages clients to actively participate in the process and is comfortable providing both structured exercises as well as open-ended emotional processing, depending on the client’s needs.
In his free time, Jonathan enjoys going on hikes, playing video games, and finding new places to eat (he’ll try most things at least once).
