Fabiana
Fabiana walks alongside her clients to develop a strong therapeutic relationship so clients can develop safety and begin to move out of the stuck-ness in their life. Fabiana uses herself as an instrument in the therapy session to help her clients unlock their talents, strengths, and assets while developing meaning from the trauma that is holding them back. She applies a whole-person model of treatment helping clients break multi-generational abuse, addiction and trauma through dialectical treatment and humanistic treatment modalities. She is solution-oriented and action focused while applying Two Chairs Measure Based Care to help reduce functional impairments in relationships, at work, in education, and with self-growth.
In her free time she spends time with her children and her husband of 16 years. She loves the ocean, hiking and being anywhere she can feel the sun on her skin. She is a foodie and loves trying out new restaurants. She grew up in the SF Bay Area and loves going to festivals and live music shows.
