Elaina
Elaina enjoys working with clients with marginalized identities, especially BIPOC, LGBTQIA2S+, and people with disabilities in order to build on her clients' natural strengths to improve their functioning and lessen the impact of their symptoms on their lives. Elaina believes in self-determination and views healing practices through the lens of social justice issues. Elaina shows up authentically with every client and knows that a quality therapeutic relationship is one of the foundations of change and healing that is possible through therapy.
In her free time, Elaina consumes music voraciously and is an avid Kpop fan and collector and "elder emo" for over 20 years! Elaina also loves to sing and make music on the guitar, flute, ukulele, and viola. If she's not working, you can find Elaina spending time with her sister, who is also her best friend, traveling all over California to shop, eat, and attend concerts. Elaina has 2 cats, for whom she works so they can have a better life.
