Alissa enjoys working together with her clients to gain clarity, build emotional balance, and strengthen their sense of self so the client can live with greater confidence, connection and purpose. She approaches clinical work with a strong focus on collaboration, compassion, and grounded in authenticity. Her approach balances warmth and empathy with gentle challenge and practical tools that help clients make sustainable progress both in and outside of sessions.
In her spare time, Alissa enjoys spending quality time with her kids, going for walks with the family, including her dog and cat, staying active, cooking or baking, and catching a good theater show or concert.
