About
Zachary
Zachary’s motivation to work in mental health comes from his own experience with mental health and learning not only to manage and cope with symptoms but also to evolve and thrive through directly addressing symptoms and patterns. The most rewarding aspect of working in mental health is the privilege of being a part of a client’s mental health journey by assisting them in feeling empowered, fostering hope, and creating changes that allow them to operate from their ideal self.

An activity Zak likes doing outside of work is playing the drums, which he has been doing for 25 years; he values not only the music but also the exercise, creativity, and coordination. He also regularly tends his garden, trains his dog and reads fiction.
