Tammy enjoys working with clients to meet them where they are in their life journey. She empowers clients to look within themselves and overcome roadblocks and detours along their path. Tammy enjoys helping clients identify obstacles and work through them holistically bringing on positive and healthy behavioral changes.
In her spare time, Tammy enjoys spending quality time with her children, walking her dogs, and building beautiful memories with her family. She loves to laugh, listen to music, and dance.
