About
Pam
Pam has spent the last 25 years working with clients of all ages to resolve interpersonal and attachment issues, process grief, and build coping skills so that they can begin to heal and make real changes to move them forward. Pamela believes in the importance of validation and acknowledging the struggles a client may go through in life, and she is ready to help them on their therapeutic journey. She believes that through talk therapy and skill-building, healing and growth are possible.

In her spare time, Pam tends her small farm, travels whenever possible, and focuses the rest of her time on her grandchildren. She finds personal peace through mindfulness and living in the moment, when possible.
