Nidia
Dr. Moran is a bilingual Spanish speaker who has more than twenty years of experience as a psychotherapist. They enjoy creating a safe space for folks to explore their identities, work on interpersonal relationships, gain self-compassion, get unstuck, heal, and grow. Dr. Moran specializes in culturally rooted, social-justice, intersectional, and affirming practices. Their style is collaborative, holistic, anti-oppressive, and trauma-informed. Dr. Moran utilizes an integrative approach of evidence-based therapies and holistic wellness practices.
When Dr. Moran is not in their clinical role; you will find them on a dance floor dancing to salsa, merengue, cumbia etc. They enjoy spending time with their partner, their cat named Mikey, and six of his new furry best friends. In the spring and summer, they like to spend time outdoors. They also enjoy baking, cooking and making homemade jams. They love to learn about new cultures and foods via traveling around the world!
