About
Crystal
Crystal believes the therapeutic process is very much about building the relationship with one self. Crystal uses a gentle, strengths-based approach to cultivate a therapeutic experience that is flexible, collaborative, and grounded in what is important to the client. Crystal works with clients to help them deepen their understanding of the ways they think, feel, and move through the world, while identifying patterns of coping that might be at odds with the client's identified goals. Crystal strives to provide a compassionate, safe space that incorporates respect, empathy, and validation as the client explores what's going on while simultaneously holding space for where they want to go.
In her spare time, Crystal enjoys catching up with friends, exploring new cafes, shopping at flea markets, and binge watching true crime.
