Chaise
Chaise is passionate about working collaboratively with her clients to aid them in better understanding themselves, their purpose, and ways to execute. She believes that one must have an understanding of how to best care for themselves in order to be of service to their community; and that starts with one's own mental health. It is a pleasure for her to see when a client finds understanding and joy in their own sense of self and purpose.
In her free time, Chaise enjoys spending time with family and friends, whether that be through game nights at home, or going out to eat. She also enjoys self care activities such as reading, painting, watching the newest reality show, and going for walks.
