Adrian enjoys clinical work with a client-centered approach. She builds a safe and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, supported, respected and valued. She focuses on creating a collaborative relationship that empowers clients to explore their feelings, thoughts and experiences at their own pace.
In her free time, Adrian enjoys spending time with her son, going to Pilates, reading, hiking, traveling, and listening to music. She finds joy in laughter and connecting with others.
