My motivations are a desire to help others identify their impairments and work on them while drawing from the interpersonal strengths. My clinical style varies, but often includes approaches like Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy each with its own focus on empathy, collaboration and empowering clients.
In my spare time i enjoy spending time with my kids, watching movies/TV shows and reading good fiction novels. I also listen to music and enjoy spending time with family.
