Katherine enjoys having a collaborative and inclusive therapeutic relationship with her clients. She takes a psychodynamic and relational approach while also teaching her clients various types of skills to manage distress and strengthen their communication with others. Katherine assists her clients in reaching a place of empowerment through identifying strengths and making changes in their lives that align with their values.
Katherine feels her best when she is in nature, whether that be going on a hike or going to the beach. She also enjoys listening to music, traveling, and being active. A true animal lover, Katherine loves spending time with her dog and two cats.
