She likes to consider the therapeutic relationship as a road trip where you are the driver and she is the passenger. She believes that it truly takes a village within the therapeutic space. She draws upon evidenced-based practices and utilizes a warm, nonjudgmental and collaborative approach to assist individuals in increasing their self-awareness while challenging and changing negative thoughts and behaviors.
