Sean’s approach to therapy is integrative and rooted in his appreciation of each individual’s unique strengths and stories as they navigate life’s challenges. He genuinely enjoys the privilege of getting to know his clients and witnessing their growth and resilience.

In his spare time, Sean is likely outside on a bike or skis, deepening his connection to the natural world. He also enjoys creative pursuits, reading, and gardening. He currently lives in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, on the shores of Lake Superior.
