Peggy Chen
Peggy
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Peggy is passionate about working with clients going through big life transitions, especially the journey through perinatal mental health. As a mother herself, she has personally seen the psychological impact this life transition can bring. With a certification in perinatal mental health from Postpartum Support International, she brings warmth, empathy and compassion to the work with her clients. She approaches her clinical work with a focus on empowering her clients to focus on their existing strengths, with a passion in finding solutions together.
In her spare time, Peggy enjoys spending time with her family, crocheting, playing ukulele and co-hosting the AAPI (Asian American Pacific Islander) maternal mental health podcast, Healing the Tigress, which can be found wherever folks listen to podcasts.
