Nathan
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Nathan employs the Gottman and attachment-theory techniques to help couples reconnect in—and even redefine—their relationships to support their growth and evolution. Nathan’s special emphasis and training is within the growing field of mindfulness and somatic awareness. He assists clients with finding healing in their mind–body connection so that they have more integrated tools for dealing with depression, anxiety, and identity issues. Nathan often draws from expressive arts and has been certified by the Center for Journal Therapy and the Therapeutic Writing Institute.

Nathan begins each morning with an hour of yoga practice. In his spare time, he loves playing with his two small Chihuahua and terrier family members. Nathan finds meaning in travel and meditation and is always studying culture and language.
