is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Dr. Noelle enjoys developing a strong therapeutic bond and supporting clients as they identify the main challenges they want to address. Increasing awareness of an individual’s strengths is part of developing natural skills to address their goals. She approaches therapy sessions with a nonjudgmental worldview and incorporates mindfulness, cultural context, and self-compassion as healing factors.
When she is not in session, Dr. Noelle enjoys DIY projects, cultivating fruit trees and vegetables, and growing medicinal plants and flowers. She loves a good movie and to play instruments, and she is grounded in diverse Celtic and native roots.
