Justin D'Avella, PsyD

He/Him

"I enjoy being a therapist because I believe in the healing power of deep relationships and I love witnessing the growth my clients experience in their lives."

Justin is Senior Clinical Director at Two Chairs.

He believes that we all have an innate yearning and capacity for growth and healing. The power of a trusting therapeutic relationship allows for this change to occur. His style is warm, inviting, attuned and reflective. He uses an integrative approach to psychotherapy, drawing from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), psychodynamic, social justice, and mindfulness-based modalities. His work focuses on helping individuals navigate periods of high stress and difficulty, finding deeper emotional stability within oneself, reflecting on old patterns and wounds, and building a wider range of emotional expression.

In his free time, Justin enjoys practicing yoga, climbing and discovering new music.
