Jamie Siegel

Jamie wholeheartedly believes that nothing is more healing than human connection. She has many tools in her toolbox to support clients in challenging thought patterns that are no longer serving them, shifting behaviors in a way that feels sustainable to them (it doesn’t have to be done all in one day!), and working toward the goals that matter most to them. Jamie often integrates harm reduction into her work because she finds that approaching change incrementally and based on what clients want to or are ready to work on is more accessible than aiming for an all-or-nothing kind of healing. She will never judge clients for using behaviors that once served them in some way.
