Jamie
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Jamie is naturally kind and empathetic, yet real and direct. He is genuinely interested in and aims to understand the client’s experiences. Drawing from these experiences and the client’s history, he employs a variety of methods to help a client better understand their issues, differentiate these issues from their whole authentic self, and gain a sense of curiosity, and perhaps mastery, over these obstacles. He collaborates with clients to help them increase connectedness and move toward wholeness.
In his spare time, Jamie enjoys sports, live jam music, nature walks with or without his dog, the beach, bodysurfing, camping, meditation and healing in nature, and collaborating with friends on projects.
