Isaac
is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Isaac is an eclectic practitioner who utilizes elements of cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and psychodynamic modalities. He is a proponent of meditation, chanting, and mindfulness, and he enjoys collaborating on creative ways to facilitate healing. He finds that the majority of progress in therapy occurs between sessions rather than during sessions, thus he finds that independent work between sessions tends to be an important factor in healing, recovery and growth. Isaac emphasizes the importance of self-care and addressing physiological needs (e.g., sleep, hygiene, proper nutrition, regular exercise) and healthy relationships as paramount to our wellness
In his free time, Isaac enjoy nature and the outdoors, reading, music and spending time with his family and friends.
