is a therapist at Two Chairs.
Estela uses a solution-focused and client-centered approach. Her goal with clients is to help them change the way they think and feel by assisting them in changing patterns of thinking or behaviors that are behind difficult situations. Estela has experience working with women, men, families, adolescents and couples. She believes challenges and painful times are part of the human experience and understands that seeking help can be a vulnerable step to take.

In her spare time, Estela enjoys practicing yoga, spending time outdoors and spending quality time with family. She likes to travel and experience new cultures and foods.
